Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as email address, login identifiers, subscription tier, payment status, watchlists, saved tickers, alert preferences, support messages, and basic product usage events. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, referring page, request logs, error logs, and approximate location from network metadata.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the product, authenticate users, manage access, process subscriptions, deliver alerts, improve ranking and relevance, detect abuse, debug errors, monitor source and proof health, comply with obligations, and understand whether AlphaYou is useful to users.

Payments

If paid access is enabled, payment details may be processed by a third-party payment provider. AlphaYou should store only the payment metadata needed to manage access, such as provider customer IDs, subscription IDs, tier, status, renewal dates, and webhook events. We do not need to store full card numbers.

Watchlists And Signals

Watchlists, saved tickers, dismissals, alerts, and product interactions may be used to personalize rankings and improve the signal system. Do not add information you consider highly sensitive unless the product explicitly supports that use.

Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure, analytics, authentication, payment, email, alerting, security, and support providers that help run AlphaYou. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the product, maintain proof and billing records, debug issues, satisfy legal obligations, and improve the system. Signal receipts and public track-record artifacts may remain available because historical accountability is part of the product.

Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal account information by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, fraud prevention, compliance, or public proof integrity.
